Making room
for every voice.
The most meaningful conversations begin when everyone has a place at the table.
Leadership is often associated with speaking. Yet the capacity to listen can be just as important. When young people are invited to ask questions, share experiences and consider different perspectives, a conversation can become the beginning of common purpose.
This sample feature imagines how a chapter report could become a magazine story. A real edition would include the confirmed location, the date, the participants' approved words and the outcomes documented by the organisers.
Beyond the event itself, the story would ask: what changed, what was learned, and what happens next? Those details help readers understand the people behind the programme — and the purpose behind their work.
